Not for exclusion?

1.  Milton issued his note shortly after I asked for his removal from 
office.  Hence it is clear that this was a retaliation.

2.  Milton issued his note without consulting the adcom or the 
constituency.  Hence it is clear that Milton was pursuing a personal vendetta.

3.  Milton issued his note as if something was new, although my consulting 
arrangement had been widely known, publicly stated and publicly document 
for at least a year.  Hence Milton was manufacturing the entire situation.

4.  There are not written rules that the constituency has passed that 
support the rule Milton was claiming to enforce.  Hence Milton had 
absolutely no legitimate basis for singling out my situation.

Perhaps you would like to reconsider your assessment of the current, 
specific situation?

There was nothing objective, fair or reasonable about Milton's 
actions.  Nothing at all.

So why are you trying to defend him?
