[ncdnhc-discuss] Proposal for creation of a mailing list to colaborate with Raul's work

I want to propose to the AdCom to create a mailing list in order
those wanting (perhaps Eun Chun , myself and any other volunteers) to
colaborate with Raul's work in the TF on Structure.
