Agenda and Schedules proposed (by menot adopted by the AdCom yet).
Comments, Additions, Suggestions, etc are welcome
regarding this proposal by AdCom and members in general.
1. Online voting of resolutions passed in MdR: Tuesday 27 to December
2rst (including the sending of ballots)
2. ALSC, ccSO, Non-CommercialSO and any other proposal of restructuring
ICANN strucutre
a. Discussion: from now to Janurary 4, 2002
b. Elaboration by the AdCom and any volunteer of the NCDNHC Position
Document: January 5 to January 11, 2002
c. Voting on statments regarding NCDNHC position document: January 12
to January 18.
d. Annoucement of voting results and delivering of Oficial NCDNHC
Position Document: January 19 to January 25 (deadline to deliver
proposals and positions from DNSO constituencies is January 31, 2002.
3. Discussion about IDNs:
a. Discussion: can being right now. The Dealine to finish work plan
by ICANN: June 30, 2002.
b. Elaboration by the AdCom and any volunteer of the NCDNHC Position
Document: to be announced
c. Voting on statements regarding NCDNHC position document: To be
announced
d. Announcement of voting results and delivering of Oficial NCDNHC
Position Document: to be announced.
4. Geographical and Geopolitical domain names in .INFO: The discussion
group's conclusions should be provided to the ICANN Board before the
Accra meeting in March 2002 according with:

a. Discussion: Can begin right now.
b. Elaboration of Proposal of Resolution: According to the schedules

7. About motion towars Names Council elminates Task Forces and
Committees (proposed by Adam Peak and Chun Eun Hwi)

8. Security and Stability issues of the DNS
a. Discussions: Can begin right now
b. Deadlines: This is a subject that in my opinion, never has deadlines
since new issues always comes up.
9. Charter revision: Volunteers: Dave Croker, Kent Crispin, Valerie
Gordon, Nilda Vany Martinez Grajales (if I forgot any other name please
let me know)
a. Call for volunteers online: December 3 to December 7, 2001
b. Begin work date: December 10, 2001
c. Deadline to deliver the charter revision for comments: February 10,
2002
d. Discussion in the list: February 11 to March 8, 2002
e. Voting by NCDNHC meeting attendees in Accra: During NCDNHC meeting
in Accra, in March 2002.
f. Online voting by the whole membership: After Accra meeting in
March 2002.
