Michael, Milton, Barbara and all:

I, Vany Martinez, as SDNP/Panama representative am not agree with
Milton's ideas for .ORG regarding type of TLD and Marketing issues.
This is my right (as all members has the same rights), to promote inside
the constituency the issues, positions and opinions that I think it
would be for the benefit of the Non-Commercial Sector that all we have
the duty to work for, as commanded in the NCDNHC Charter.

I, Vany Martinez, as your NCDNHC Names Council Representative, when vote
takes place within Names Council, I vote
according to the NCDNHC majority members will regardless my own
opinion. In the issues that the NCDNHC submited resolutions, I have
always voted according to the NCDNHC majority members will as part of my
compromise when I was elected Names Council member with the NCDNHC
membership, since it is interpretated that what is voted by majority
automatically becomes the best for the Non-Commercial sector
also according to our Charter, in the best interest of the
Non-Commercial sector.

Best Regards
Vany
