Milton:

I will follow the wishes of the constituency as a whole, and not the
wishes of four persons only.
Online vote has to take place and to be more specific, I think the vote
should take place by
giving to the membership the freedom to select between all posibilities
(UU, UR, SU, SR).

And, as far as I know, there's no official support yet from this
constituency for
Unesponsored Unrestricted.

If the NCDNHC will propose Unesponsored Unrestricted, then the NCDNHC
stake in .ORG is
just for civic reasons and not for any interest in finally protect and
watch the interests of
Non-Commercial sector regarding Domain Names. Our missions commands us
to watch such interests and
finally it is given to the NCDNHC the opportunity to defend, to watch,
to promote such interests inside a TLD
and you want to let such opportunity go away from the constituency. You
are not honoring the NCDNHC charter
and by you proposing for .ORG to be in first place Unrestricted is one
of your ways to simply
not complying with the NCDNHC charter.

Best Regards
Vany
