Milton, you need to get out more.

The NCC has no relationship with being an international forum, nor with 
actual non-commercial interests, nor with finding common ground in DNS policy.

That you would pretend otherwise bespeaks of impressively creative pretension.

What a surprise that you would resort to McCarthyist style, as 
usual.  After all, it is always so much easier to impune other's motives 
rather than take responsibility for your own nastiness, unrealistic 
requirements, and rigid refusal to compromise.

yeah.  it could not be anything so simple as the ccTLD folks wishing to
