Dear Dany,

CERTainly; I think we should contribute the less obvious links, links that
the AdCom may miss. Certainly it is also important to point to resources
which are more geared to small orgs with low technical expertise (we saw
at least in Marina del Rey that it is very, very scarce in the NCDNHC),
and in languages beyond English.

If the AdCom would not take the task of identifying links (which I would
understand well!) then it comes down again to individual members, or to
some sort of committee, WG, TF, etc. to be formed.

BTW not all local CERTs are functioning well; sometimes other
organizations provide much more assistance (it's the case in Mexico).
