Dear Thoko and Emmanuel
Thank you very much for your suggestions that I have taken note of to
include within the webinar's objectives:
- Targetting digital inclusion, rights-based internet governance,
meaningful participation in ICANN processes, and the visibility of African
perspectives in global policy conversations.
- Focussing on underlying structural issues that remain insufficiently
addressed at the continental level as well as critical digital
infrastructures.
You are very welcome. I will liaise with you to develop these ideas into
the webinar's concept note.

>>
>> A useful approach may be to frame the webinar around the key implications
>> emerging from recent internet governance engagements: what these
>> developments mean for African non-commercial users, where there are
>> opportunities for stronger regional advocacy, and how we can position
>> ourselves more strategically in upcoming policy and governance processes.
>>
>>
>> In addition to updates, it may be worthwhile to include a forward-looking
>> discussion on actionable next steps for the region — particularly around
>> issues such as digital inclusion, rights-based internet governance,
>> meaningful participation in ICANN processes, and the visibility of African
>> perspectives in global policy conversations.
>>
>>
>> This could also serve as an opportunity to identify areas where NCUC
>> Africa can take a more coordinated leadership role, whether through
