Le processus d'enregistrement pour les élections 2020 du NCSG / NCUC / NPOC
commencera le jeudi 07 mai 2020-29 mai 2020

Un e-mail d'enregistrement sera envoyé par admin at ncsg.is, veuillez répondre
à cet e-mail avant la date limite.

Tous les mercredis et vendredis jusqu'à la fin de l'enregistrement, les
noms des membres qui se sont enregistrés seront mis à jour à l'adresse:
https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/Check-in+2020. Veuillez
vérifier pour confirmer que votre nom figure sur la liste juste avant la
fin du processus d'enregistrement.

Veuillez noter: Si vous ne vous enregistrez pas, il sera placé sur la liste
des membres inactifs. Les membres inactifs ne peuvent pas voter aux
élections annuelles, il est donc important que vous répondiez avant la date
limite à l'e-mail d'enregistrement, pour vous assurer que vous êtes inscrit
comme actif et recevez un bulletin de vote pendant les élections annuelles.

Pour rappel, le calendrier électoral est ci-dessous:



7 mai - L'enregistrement commence

14 mai - 28 mai: période de nomination

28 mai: date limite d'acceptation des candidatures et déclaration des
candidats.

29 mai: Rencontre avec les candidats / Check in end

02 juin: liste électorale finalisée

03 juin - 17 juin: vote

18 juin: annonce des résultats

The check-in process for 2020 NCSG/NCUC/NPOC Elections will begin on *Thursday
07 May 2020* – *29 May 2020*



A check-in email will be sent from admin at ncsg.is, please respond to this
email before the deadline.



Every Wednesday and Friday until check-in ends, names of members who have
checked-in will be updated at:
https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/Check-in+2020. Kindly
check to confirm your name is on the list just before the check-in process
ends.



*Please note: *If you do not check-in will be placed on the inactive
membership list. *Inactive members cannot vote in the annual election*, so
it is important that you reply before the deadline to the check-in email,
to ensure you are listed as active and receive a ballot during the
annual elections.



*As a reminder, the election timeline is below:*



7 May - Check in begins

14 May - 28 May: Nomination period

28 May: Deadline for nomination acceptance and candidate statement.

29 May: Meet the candidates call / Check in-ends

02 June: Voter roll finalized

03 June - 17 June: Voting

18 June: Results announced
