Kindly review the mail below, it is election time. Your full participation
is requested.

Cher NCUC,

J'espère que cet e-mail vous trouvera bien en ces temps troublés et que
vous gérez également ces pandémies. Cela passera bientôt et j'espère que
tout le monde s'en occupe.

Comme vous le savez peut-être déjà, ce mois-ci, nous aurons des élections
au NCSG et, avec cela, vous aurez également la possibilité de sélectionner
l'équipe de direction du NCUC. Notre équipe de direction actuelle est la
suivante:

Présidente - Bruna Santos - Éligible à la réélection, a complété 2 mandats.
CE Afrique - Benjamin Akinmoyeje - Éligible à la réélection, a terminé 1
mandat.
CE Australie et Asie-Pacifique - Mili Semlani - Éligible à la réélection, a
terminé 1 mandat.
CE Europe - Louise Marie Hurel - Terminé 3 termes, durée limitée.
CE Amérique latine et Caraïbes - Franco Giandana - Éligible à la
réélection, a terminé 1 mandat.
CE Amérique du Nord - Michael Karanicolas - Terminé 3 termes, durée limitée.

En ce qui concerne le calendrier, nous commencerons par un large processus
d'enregistrement du NCSG cette semaine et la période de nomination
commencera le 14 mai. Vous pouvez voir plus de détails sur la chronologie
ci-dessous.

7 mai: l'enregistrement commence
14 mai - 28 mai: période de nomination
28 mai: date limite d'acceptation des candidatures et déclaration des
candidats.
29 mai ou 01 juin: Rencontre avec l'appel des candidats / Fin de
l'enregistrement.
02 juin: liste électorale finalisée
03 juin - 17 juin: vote
18 juin: annonce des résultats

Comme indiqué ci-dessus, tous les postes sont ouverts aux candidats et, si
vous êtes intéressé par l'un d'entre eux, n'hésitez pas à contacter l'un
des membres du CE, y compris moi-même.

I hope this email finds you well in such troubled times and that you are
also managing through this pandemics. This shall pass soon and I hope
everyone is taking care.

As you might already know, this month we will have NCSG elections and with
that comes the chance for you to select NCUC's leadership team as well. Our
current leadership team is the following:

*Chair *- Bruna Santos - Eligible for reelection, completed 2 terms.
*EC Africa* - Benjamin Akinmoyeje -  Eligible for reelection, completed 1
term.
*EC Australia and Asia Pacific* - Mili Semlani -  Eligible for reelection,
completed 1 term.
*EC Europe* - Louise Marie Hurel - Completed 3 terms, term-limited.
*EC Latin America and Caribbean* - Franco Giandana -  Eligible for
reelection, completed 1 term.
* EC North America* - Michael Karanicolas - Completed 3 terms, term-limited.

With regards to the timeline, we will start with a NCSG broad check-in
process this week and nomination period will begin on May 14th. You can see
more details on the timeline below.

7 May: Check in begins
14 May - 28 May: Nomination period
28 May: Deadline for nomination acceptance and candidate statement.
29 May or 01 June: Meet the candidates call / Check in ends.
02 June: Voter roll finalized
03 June - 17 June: Voting
18 June: Results announced

As listed above, all positions are open for nominees and, in case you are
interested in any of them, feel free to contact any of the EC members,
including myself.
