Thanks Farell,
Those seeking any translation of emails can activate google or email
translator in their emails, so that whichever one that comes, they can
simply click as add-on via the setting as below, especially if they are
using gmail and I think other email platforms also offer same.
NB: To have the option to translate your emails within Gmail, just go
to the Labs
tab under Settings and enable the "Message Translation" option. Now foreign
language emails will automatically include an option for you to translate
the message into the language of your current settings.
