[Ncuc-af] How to support you to participate?

Thank you Ben for this initiative,

I agree with Farell to use to English and french, this will enable more
participation.In another way, It's important to continue to have webinars
with focus on latest Issues.

Another interesting way to engage people is to organize short writing
contest on ICANN issues, specially for newcomers.
