[Ncuc-af] Meeting with Ombudsman on Racism against Africans in NCSG/ICANN

Thanks ma for reverting.
I will take the publication of participation by subregions to Thato to be
added in our NCSG African Strategic Document and the Ombudsman too with
hope it will straighten transparency and diversity with regards to travel
supports.

With regards to the background. I will share that in a follow up mail
shortly.
