Hi all,

I Thato Mfikwe still support the nomination of Yolanda Mlonzi as she is
young, experienced, hard working, ambitious and brilliant. Ines is also a
good candidate we should instead be pushing her up, but succession and
representation of regional intergration in the Global and Regional IG space
is yet to be achieved in Africa. The Southren region has very limited seats
on the IG spaces and this limits impactability and scalability of our
initiatives.

I hope she receive sincere support for this nomination, should Ines end up
being elected, then it would still work out as she is open, appraochable
and knowledgeable. Both candidates (Yolanda and Ines) have different unique
character strengths but the involvement of young people is key to unlocking
and unleashing futuristic and innovatiove solutions to regional problems
and integration. If elected, Yolanda will be the youngest NCUC member ito
serve on the NCUC board, lets continue opening doors for young people,
women and help them play a telling role in IG structures and communities,
thank you, I hope this message finds you all well and in good health.
