[Membership-affairs] Survey results

Thank you Seun for your important observation. I also noticed that the
response rate was highest when individual emails were sent to members in a
way similar to that used when sending voting ballots.

I also thank those of you who provided comments off list. I encourage you
to post them to the list as well.
