Wilson,

Thanks for raising this.  It is something that we need to correct.

As for the requests you get today, those will go away when we take the
new site "live".

A successful membership application process will require integrating
(and documenting) the business processes and online presences of the
Constituencies and SG.  And to your point, it may require building a
NCSG web presence that is more user friendly than what exists today.
