that is the list of new individual members who joined NCSG(joining NCUC
while Peter green applied probably by mistake to join npoc)
I guess some of them were contacted by member of our EC.

Thanks to all those who evaluated and voted on these pending NCSG
membership applications.

Hearing no objections to the applications, have 4 new members to welcome to
NCSG, the following individuals:
  Peter Green (China) // Siim Tuisk (Estonia) // Leena Romppainen (Finland)
 // Bill Thomas (US)

I will let them know, add them to the membership roles and mailing list.
 And send out a note with the next set of membership applications to deal
with.
