[NCUC Finance] FW: Toronto event

I just did a search in my own mailbox and came up with several hundred messages related to the authorization and planning of the Toronto event on the EC list. Maybe the hosting of the NCUC EC list shifted during this period - I vaguely recall some discussions of that - and you were looking in the wrong archive. I'd ask Robin or Avri about that. On some NCUC-EC list somewhere, there is plenty of documentation. I know, because emails with NCUC EC are sitting in my computer. 

If you want me to follow up, can you clarify the specific concerns you have and the reasons for those concerns? 

E.g., is it that you don't believe that this highly public, widely advertised event (which involved literally every officer in the NCUC over a period of 4 or 5 months) was actually authorized? Frankly, answering that question is not worth spending time on. Is it that you think either Robin or I or someone else has misrepresented the agreement we had with Robin? More significant, perhaps, because money is involved, but everyone involved, including Bill, was aware of that because this was the second time we had done it that way. If you tell me what you are trying to find out it will be easier to answer you.
