[NCUC Finance] [NCUC-EC] Budget Request Due Date Extended

I did not have this info -- that the volunteers who keep our info space 
are satisfied with the current state of affairs, so to speak. If so, I 
have nothing more to say on this subject, supposing that this 
maintenance will be fairly done.
