[NCUC E-team] Privacy language to NCUC website

Hi Maryam,

Thanks, while it is possible to guess that is related to GDPR and ICANN new
privacy policy, I think the relevant staff should give more information
about this request and not just send it what looks like an order (the
intention for the disclaimer can be deduced however communications must be
done in better way)
