[NCUC E-team] Privacy language to NCUC website

Please ICANN has asked that the NCUC adds the following language to its webpage (Homepage). This is required by tomorrow Friday:

This website is sponsored and operated by the [NAME OF CONSTITUENCY] (ACRONYM).  This is not a website supported or operated by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names & Numbers (ICANN).


P.s. Due to my laptop being damaged, I am unable to do this today.  I am also on holiday from tomorrow for a week.
