[NCUC E-team] human rights on NCUC website

I see no reason why we would not want to advertise activities of our members on our issues on our website. Just create a section for Member Activities or such.  Anyone else wants to put their stuff their, whether IPJustice or IG Project or anyone else, we link to it, why not?
