[NCUC E-team] New subscription request to list Ncuc-discuss from laura at article19.org

Hi

The process is that people apply to join NCSG, designate NCUC as their constituency, and if they’re accepted we add them to the list. Nobody should be allowed to self-subscribe.

Maybe send her a pointer to the join option on the web page?  

Even better, it’d be fabulous if Article 19 wanted to join as an org member…Anyone know her and able to do a quick outreach?
