No, of course not.  MM, as IGP's representative to NCUC (as recorded member
db), receives any ballot which we discuss internally as to how he casts
IGP's vote.

Generated ballots reflect the member db and org rep field as noted.  You
can see  what is generated if logged into WP (and you have admin rights) on
the ballot page.
