[NCUC E-team] LiveStream of NCUC event in Beijing

At Toronto I supplied the ISOC livestream channel, and Glenn supplied
the webcasting laptop. I did the archiving.

But the situation was somewhat different as we were on the Friday
prior and thus not 'during" or part of the meet proper.

Perhaps a silver lining of being pushed into a later and a smaller
spot is that ICANN AV will be geared up in whatever room we are in.
Regardless, if we can get it going, I'd still like to do the same
thing as we did last time.
