All,

buenosaires48.icann.org is up with new images.
We should update our site to match, i.e., replace Durban pictures with
BA ones and meeting info likewise with something like "time and
location to be announced later" - Constituency Day is 19 November,
that can be advertised already.

I'm presently in Kigali with slowish (mobile) network connection,
too slow to upload pictures, so I hope someone else could take
this on. It would be nice to get it done soon.

(I will probably be mostly offline from tomorrow morning
until Saturday.)
