Someday we need to clean up Confluence and link with the new website, it's a mess

> I was just looking at Confluence and trying to get everything logically organized so I can point NCUC members to it. Stuff is spread around in multiple places that doesn't make much sense to me, so I'm trying to streamline. Implementing this will require a wee bit of help from you, sorry, hope that's ok.

> So before we had two separate home spaces for the constituency; spaces for NCUC @ the Durban meeting (and other for previous meetings); and our workshop under gnsocouncilmeetings, which doesn't really make sense. So here's what I propose, and I can follow this scheme going forward for other meetings.

> 1. There's a "home" set up by Ken, with icons but has no content, and it's not under any hierarchy of pages on the left, it's just what you get to via the GNSO pull down

> At some point it'd make sense for these to be merged, one coherent page you can come to via either path. We don't have to deal with this now. And from this latter page, it'd make sense to have links to our events associated with each ICANN meeting, and then all our events per meeting in one place.
>
> So I started that by inserting under NCUC Events: ICANN 47 Durban South Africa, July 2013. This I thought could then go to https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/NCUC+@+ICANN+47%2C+Durban+South+Africa+July+2013 where everything in Durban would be. Like I say, later we can put stuff from past and future meetings on separate pages alongside it.

> 3. So: For the meeting, I will tell people to go to the page called, NCUC @ ICANN 47, Durban South Africa July 2013, which is https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/NCUC+@+ICANN+47%2C+Durban+South+Africa+July+2013. There they will find separate pages for our EC meeting, our CD meeting, and our workshop. Tidy.

> We do not need to have a separate listing of the same event under gnsocouncilmeetings (it's not a council meeting), but I am not able to delete this: https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/NCUC+Workshop%3A+The+Debate+on+Closed+Generic+Top+Level+Domains.

> If you could make those three changes I would really appreciate it. And going forward, we can follow the same consistent pattern to organizing, with one NCUC home page showing links per meeting to all the separate events per meeting.
