[NCUC E-team] Redmine

Hi Tapani,

I am using redmine at office, I am neutral about it. simple tool and easy
to use while I have for some unknown reasons to setup correctly structured
wiki pages :) I guess that is enough for needs to manage ongoing projects
and tasks and facilitate communications between teams.
