[NCUC E-team] Website homepage mock up 1

Hi,

since it is revamping , we can try many perspectives and see what happen.
for slogan, I like Avri idea,maybe saying "NCUC: putting the users right in
the heart of ICANN" and having human rights, freedom of expression, privacy
etc in the background
do we need to change NCUC logo btw?
