[NCUC E-team] Website homepage mock up 1

While it sort of took my breath away on first glance.

I like it.

As for a slogan, while the heart of the Internet might get people in a twist, i like the trend.

perhaps something like:

NCUC, we put Human Rights at the Heart of ICANN
