[NCUC E-team] Member list name

I remain against the use of discuss. 
I realize I am in a minority, maybe of one. But I think it  is a mistake.

Agreed. While I don't have a really strong view here,
I could live with "work" or "members", but
"discuss" is the best suggestion I've heard so far.
