I tend to think that on a list, most of the time people are replying to the list.
I also beleive sending to the person as well as the list is broken, so always have to delete the person's name and hate that others never do, so those that filter messages have to go to the extra effort of filtering out duplicates.

When a is used, it take most conversations of list, whcih defeats the purpose of the list.

And I realize the contention between a & b, is what gives us c on most lists.

in any case, i was not concerned with this list, but rather putting the question on the table for NC* lists in general.

I have at least one set, but never use them and am not sure which, if any, are in any key servers.
also I find them a pain to use with most of the mail systems so never use them with email.

but am fine with using gpg for login access

as far as i can tell my fingerprints are:

dsa 83:72:2f:e9:91:97:d6:e8:53:e4:da:41:dc:27:f4:f2
rsa 3d:94:ea:77:ab:03:81:11:cc:b5:e1:38:54:0c:bc:12

which is what use for secure login on the psg.com site.

but then again, I am not even sure I am using the same set of tools.

i have not followed this technology for the last decade or so, what is the relationship between pgp and gpg? I think I am using pgp keys.
