Now it is (a), which is Mailman's default.

I tend to prefer (a), but it depends on the nature of the list.
For this kind of small team lists, (b) might work better,
I would be happy to change it so if desired.

For the planned all members list, however, I would recommend (a),
which is also how current ncsg-discuss list works.
