[NCUC E-team] NCUC member data on Confluence site

Obviously not an either or. We don't have staff to fluff up our pillows or anything else, but we also don't have to have unutilized web resources that ensure only the insiders ever know what's going on when or how to participate. Devoting a wee bit of bandwidth to at least getting the basic info up in a place one might logically look for it could have some multiplier benefits…
