[NCUC E-team] Ning

We need to get rid of the Ning site ASAP:
we keep getting people trying to join NCUC from there,
we're likely to lose at least some of them even if we
take care to redirect them to the ncsg application form.

Wilson,

How much work do you think the new site needs before we can
direct www.ncuc.org there?
