Hi Raphaël,

The past few years have seen a lot of change, but two things that haven't are our support for your organization's tech needs and our billing rate. Unfortunately, our costs have gone up in this time, and we need to adjust our rates for the first time since 2016.

Our pricing will not go up overnight, but beginning January 1 our hourly rate will be $180.  However, our monthly rates for our support plans offer a sizable discount compared to the hourly rate for the hours included in the plan.  In addition, we have a number of benefits for each level.
