[NCUC-EC] [Ext] Re: Fwd: REMINDER ICANN78 | Hamburg | Supported Travelers Database Due | Thursday, 22 June 2023

Dear Olga,
Good day and I appreciate your feedback.

However, I do not appreciate the consistent insinuations that you keep
throwing up. I made genuine recommendations based on the available
information and understanding that I have of the situation, (by the way it
is just a recommendation I made).

In this conversation, you have used the term "unfair" and now you are using
the word "mess".

I did not delay the selection, if I may bring it to your attention that
ICANN 78 travel slot was supposed to be discussed in the last EC meeting
that no one showed interest in.

If my memory serves me, during the discussion of the travel slots
discussion toward ICANN76, you informed the group that this was your last
opportunity to attend the ICANN meeting, so it came to my surprise when you
indicated an interest in the Hamburg meeting.

The most important thing to select who to submit their names would be the
proposal for the meeting.

We had an EC member who got a travel slot at ICANN77 and refused to show up.

I will encourage everyone to develop their plan and submit it and let all
of us review them, We need to be accountable to our community and they are
demanding our active participation and input.

Kind regards,
Benjamin
