Thank you all for your feedback, it appears some of your suggestions were
reiterated across the different communities too, especially in support of
the Subpro ODP.
Here is the new proposal on moving forward with the Subpro discussion by
the planning committee.

Dear all,

Thank you for the input we’ve received so far on the proposed SubPro
sessions for ICANN76.

Given the various viewpoints, we would like to propose the following
arrangement which we believe will reduce the impact to the schedule while
maintaining at least one session on this timely and important topic.

   1. Hold one of the proposed SubPro session during Prep Week; and
   2. Schedule one SubPro session during ICANN76
      - Use one of the previously identified slots at the start of the
meeting, to facilitate further dialogue and discussions during the meeting
      - No restrictions: other sessions may run in conflict with the session
      - As with all other open sessions, there will be full remote
participation services, including recordings and a transcript for
      post-meeting access.

*Please let us know if this a suitable alternative to our previous proposal*.
We understand that some groups also have internal discussions on SubPro
planned during the meeting. Therefore, your input on the timing for this
proposed session will also be appreciated so that we do not overlap with
sessions on the same topic.

Kind regards,

Benjamin
