There is nothing wrong in celebrating, but it should be noted that GNSO
has postponed celebrating their anniversary due to the extreme workload
and tight deadlines on policy matters such as subpro. The feeling in the
GNSO is also that the Annual General Meeting (ICANN78) is a better fit
for celebrations than the Policy Forum (ICANN77).
