Hello,

the new gTLD program should:
- provide more competition on domain name market for the benefit of
registrants and allow more choice. this program will make the market dynamic
even for ccTLD space.
- be inclusive of applicants from developing regions and not only for the
benefit of incumbents members registries/registrars (one of JAS WG
objectives)
- allow cultural, linguistic ethnic and so one communities and civil society
to be more visible and present

for this round , it is clear that recommendations proposed by JAS WG should
be approved and fully implemented in time otherwise it will be too late even
with next round. also the early warning ability and quasi-veto right given
to governments can be risky and undermining several community-based
applications.
