<div dir="ltr">Hello,<div><br></div><div>the new gTLD program should:</div><div>- provide more competition on domain name market for the benefit of registrants and allow more choice. this program will make the market dynamic even for ccTLD space.</div>
<div>- be inclusive of applicants from developing regions and not only for the benefit of incumbents members registries/registrars (one of JAS WG objectives)</div>
<div>- allow cultural, linguistic ethnic and so one communities and civil society to be more visible and present</div><div><br><div dir="ltr"></div>for this round , it is clear that recommendations proposed by JAS WG should be approved and fully implemented in time otherwise it will be too late even with next round. also the early warning ability and quasi-veto right given to governments can be risky and undermining several community-based applications.<br>
