names and propositions. Basically, you will find  these sections:

1. Subscribers to this list
2. Planning Team
3. Background
4. Logistics.
*We need to chek availability of resources and decide about translation.*
5.1 Format of the meeting.
*We need to deciden between 2 formats*
5.2 Agenda and Speakers.
*We need to decide final agenda and speakers*
6. Potential invitees.
We need to agree in this list and/or add more invitees
5. Speech for invitation
We need to write it.

*I would suggest to work on this google document in order to have all the
information there, will be more easier.*
