[Pt53] Urgent: Draft Invitation Letter for NCUC Outreach Event in BA

Hi everyone,
This is pretty urgent, we are just four days away from the event and right now only have five LAC CS people who’ve said they’d attend, alongside 17 NCUC members. While we can in any event have a nice discussion and drink afterwards, without non-members it’s not much of an outreach meeting and might seem a bit awkward to the visitors. And we will not be broadening participation in the LAC region, which would be a great pity. So people with regional contacts and knowledge, please do send out the invitation in any and all directions possible—bilateral to friends/colleagues/relatives, and to mail lists---and keep Valeria informed of any responses so these can be aggregated at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gRnbG-zlSzke5D2bQO30yXAu2kXxfuLNXIRL1jwj9v0/edit?pli=1 <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gRnbG-zlSzke5D2bQO30yXAu2kXxfuLNXIRL1jwj9v0/edit?pli=1>.
Thanks
Bill
