Yes. Even though we're fast moving to new platform and hoping to
close Ning soon, it still needs some, eh, terminal care.
People who've tried to join it should not be left in a limbo but
directed to the new site once it's ready enough.

In the future I think we'd best simply create wordpress accounts for
all new (approved) ncuc members automatically (perhaps with
"contributor" role, so it will do no harm if they simply ignore it).
