[NCUC Outreach] NCUC vs. At-Large, multiple representation

I've been talking with some potential members, and two
questions have come up:

(1) Can an At-Large member (e.g., an ISOC chapter) join NCUC as well?
I don't know of any reason why not, but I might've missed something.

(2) Can one person represent multiple organizations in NCUC?
I can't see any formal rule against it, but I've got a feeling there
should be, so I think I'd better suggest it would not be a good idea.
