Subject: [Public Comments] Call for Volunteers for NCSG Comment on Evolving
ICANN’s Multistakeholder Model
To: <NCSG-DISCUSS at listserv.syr.edu>

Hi all,

ICANN just published a new public consultation on Evolving ICANN’s
Multistakeholder Model continuing the discussion initiated by ICANN board
in Barcelona including the strategic plan for 2021-2025 and the session
organized in Kobe meeting by Brian Cute as facilitator. This is critical as
it is aimed to list the issues raised by different part of the community
and also the push for making changes that would impact us. For more
background, you can find all the relevant material and explanation here:
https://www.icann.org/public-comments/evolving-multistakeholder-model-2019-04-25-en
.

I created this google doc to be used during the drafting and accessible to
all:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Pz4rYiUx3FDl7af_stZYfRig0rgqekbRGFAxwG748D4/edit

Please let me offline if you want to volunteer to participate in drafting
the NCSG comment and join the team. The drafting team can include newcomers
and experienced members and share the workload. This is an important public
comment as it needs our input on the issues list and adding our perspective
as non-commercial. The draft will go to NCSG list for review and
consultation and if needed organizing conference call for discussion.

You can find previous public comment submitted by NCSG here
https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/Public+Comments+-+2019 and
listing those who drafted them. thanks again for those who participating in
drafting of the previous comments.

Best Regards,

Rafik Dammak
