[Ncuc-lac] ICANN61 Nextgen eligible countries - NA and Caribbean

Hi everyone

We have also discussed in LAC groups ICANN61 Nextgen eligible countries

The region is North America

There was the request to include LAC countries too, inc. Central
America but it remains NA

However, this is a good opportunity for the Caribbean, as it applies
to this selection - inc. north of South American part of CARICOM
agreement like Guyana

We understand the Caribbean is going through tough times right now but
we hope this can be an opportunity for some

****Do remember that Nextgen has an age range 18-30****

Nextgen ambassadors are former participants of the program who can
apply to be mentors and can be from outside the region
