[NCUC-EC] [Ext] Re: NCUC EC Call | Attendance & Zoom recordings | Thursday, 08 January 2026

Dear colleagues

Just an update that my visa to attend the ICANN86 meeting in Sevilla got
refused yesterday afternoon.
 I have submitted an appeal this morning to the Spain embassy and the
ICANN86 local host is trying to work out the situation with the authorities.

So for the time being, unfortunately no shengen visa yet and I havent used
a single NCUC or NCSG slot during this term.

I will keep you updated if there s any change in the outcome of the appeal.
