[NCUC-EC] Confirmation of Jasmine NCUC membership

Dear NCUC EC,
Jasmine, who is already an approved member of the NCSG, has requested
membership approval for the NCUC. There was an initial mix-up regarding her
approval, and I am sharing this for the information of the EC.

Kindly review and approve her request, as Rafik has confirmed that she has
gone through the due process and has been cleared. This now falls within
the mandate of the NCUC EC following the completion of her NCSG approval.
