Dear EC,

As you may be aware, an NCSG GNSO Council travel slot has become available and has been allocated to Pedro. Consequently, Pedro has relinquished his NCUC travel slot for ICANN 87, creating an opportunity to reassign the slot to another member of the Executive Committee.

Given that both Namra and Ines have already expressed interest in attending ICANN 87, and considering that they were selected for ICANN 86 but were unable to travel due to visa-related challenges, I propose that the EC conduct an urgent vote by email to endorse one of the two candidates for the available NCUC travel slot.
     1. Namra Naseer
     2. Hfaiedh Ines
Accordingly, I kindly ask each EC member to send their endorsement directly to Andrea Glandon at andrea.glandon at icann.org<mailto:andrea.glandon at icann.org> no later than 12:00 UTC tomorrow. Upon the conclusion of the vote, Andrea will announce the outcome on the EC mailing list and notify ICANN accordingly.
